Our TWIC Policy :
Our policy is that we require all vendors/visitors to present a valid TWIC (Transport Worker Identification Credential) ID card in order to be allowed unescorted access to our vessel at a restricted facility or dock in US ports. Any visitors/vendors without a TWIC card are required to have a port-approved TWIC escort to escort them from the gate to a restricted port facility area to our vessel and vice-versa. Most agents charge a fee for this escort service. Any visitors or vendors without a TWIC will be expected to pay for this escort service if applicable. A TWIC card can be applied for through the TSA website. All vendors and visitors intending to visit our vessels at US ports (with or without a TWIC card) must also be on the gate list in order to be granted access to the port and our vessel. The TWIC ID card is now federally mandated for unescorted access to restricted or secured areas of all US ports.
We are sea carrier members of the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT).
